How can we improve how people of all backgrounds relate to each other and create positive change in their communities?

How can we reimagine how government processes and policies are designed to be more responsive to the needs of the most marginalized?

As we face global challenges such as climate change, racial injustice, and economic inequality, there is untapped potential through community engagement practices to improve how neighbors chart a path forward in partnership with each other, local officials, and grassroots organizations. There is also tremendous opportunity across all levels of government and organization to drive positive change and realize more equitable outcomes.

We strategically refocus and empathetically reframe planning and civic engagement efforts to develop purposeful objectives, fruitful partnerships, creative strategies, welcoming experiences, and measurable outcomes in both virtual and in-person settings. We equip public servants, researchers, and activists with the tools and thinking needed to approach issues with a more human-centered perspective.
